Our Mission Statement Student Programming BoardThe Student Programming Board (SPB) is an integral part of Student Life. The Board initiates, plans, implements, and evaluates programs for students and the University community. These programs are designed to fulfill educational, recreational, cultural and social needs and preferences of the entire University. Through programming, the Student Programming Board hopes to foster a feeling of community and citizenship here at the University at Buffalo.
