Connecting Students with Top Companies
In today's survival-of-the-fittest job market, UB's Career Services office is setting its sights high when it comes to helping students and graduates.

New Sophomore Internship Program
The Sophomore Internship Program (SHIP) is a credit-bearing internship program for academically high-achieving UB sophomores administered by Career Services. SHIP provides students with an opportunity to gain real world leadership experience in a not-for-profit (501c3) agency in the Western New York area. Internships may be available during the fall/spring/summer semesters. Interns are granted 3 academic credits for successful completion of the program.

Finish in 4 – UB's 4 Year Graduation Pledge
All fall, 2012 freshmen are encouraged to sign up for Finish in 4, a Four Year Graduation Pledge. This is the University at Buffalo’s commitment to enhance the undergraduate experience and create the robust, supportive environment in which students may obtain a rich educational experience and timely graduation. Finish in 4 is a roadmap featuring important requirements for students and the University's pledge to facilitate completing a bachelor’s degree in four years.
