What if I forgot my password?

Click on the Forgot Password link located below the login boxes. Enter your UB Person Number as requested and your password will be emailed to the address that is in your record (which most likely will be your UB email address). Contact the Career Services Office for additional assistance.

What is the Profile section to be completed after I login?

Your Profile
After successfully logging in, you will be asked to complete the profile section. Much of the information about you may be completed already if you graduated after September 1, 1998 because it was provided to us by UB's Student Response Center. Be sure your contact information - including your email address - is current as this will allow our office and employers to contact you. (If you do change any contact information, be sure to change it with the Student Response Center as well.) Answer all questions in your profile carefully.

You should complete the keywords portion if you are seeking a job/internship and especially if you are going to have your resume in the Resume Database for employers to view. When employers seek resumes, they search by corresponding keywords such as major, graduation year, geographic preference, etc. NOTE: Many keyword questions allow more than one answer.

Important! Click the checkbox that says:
Click here to have your resume(s) viewable by employer request
or employers will not be able to view your resume if you have uploaded it into the system.

How do I obtain my UB Person Number?

  • This 8 digit number is located on the lower left corner of your UB ID Card.
  • If you do not know your Person Number:
    • Visit the Student Response Center, 232 Capen Hall with picture ID and they will provide your UB Person Number
    • Alumni: When you complete the BullsEye Alumni Request Form, include a signed and dated written request for your UB Person Number along with a copy of a photo ID.

Questions? Contact the Career Services office at (716) 645-2231.
