Apartment Security Deposits
Apartments require a $450 security deposit per lease. This deposit must be made prior to assignment in the apartments and does not need to be repaid annually as long as continuous occupancy is maintained. Your security deposit may be returned (with interest) after the end of occupancy if no damage or other charges are left unpaid.

About Housing Deposits
Residence hall reservation deposits are $300 per academic year and are collected as part of the new application or renewal process. The deposit is applied to the balance of your residence hall charges and therefore you do not get your deposit back at the end of the year.
