Unlike off-campus apartments, on-campus University at Buffalo apartments offer air-conditioning, on-site laundry, university police patrols, campus shuttles, free cable & high-speed internet, plus other benefits. Each complex has a business center located in the community building. These business centers have been designed to support the academic needs of our residents. Computing, photocopying, and printing equipment is available during posted hours.
The village contains 115 units in thirteen townhouse apartment clusters, arranged on 11.5 acres of lawns and landscaping. The entire village is reserved exclusively for University at Buffalo students and their families. Special consideration for those with children was given in the design of the complex. Individual apartment clusters accommodate the different lifestyle needs of married, those in domestic partnerships, traditional, and nontraditional students. You and your neighbors will value the quiet environment for study, the peace of privacy, and, when you want it, the stimulation of a community of shared interests-- all in a beautiful setting which combines the best of university life with independent living. The focal point of the village is a community building reserved for use by village residents. The town houses and all facilities in the village are operated by the university. The Town of Amherst, where both the village and the UB North Campus are located, offers a full complement of amenities, from shopping of every kind, to entertainment, to a great variety of restaurants.
Flint Village offers more options than ever for our upper-division undergraduates and graduate students. Our students can enjoy the independence of being in an apartment setting with all the convenience of being on campus. Students can have the stimulation of living in a community of shared interests that supports learning in and out of the classroom. The location is a convenient walk to the academic "Spine" and the nearby Hadley Village. The complex has plenty of parking close to apartment entryways.
All Flint Village apartments have a full kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Washers and dryers are available in common areas for resident use and each unit has central air-conditioning.
The entire complex is reserved exclusively for University at Buffalo undergraduate students. The complex contains 13 three-story buildings, each containing 12 apartments, and a community center arranged on a 10.9 professionally landscaped acre site. Creekside village is reserved for University at Buffalo graduate and professional students (married couples or those in domestic partnerships can live at Creekside Village in a whole unit). The site is on Skinnersville Road on the northern edge of the campus and will provide a beautiful and peaceful environment for study, privacy and, when you want it, the stimulation of a community of shared interests. All Creekside Village apartments have 1,000 square feet of living space with a living room, kitchen, half-bath on the ground floor and two bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. Each apartment has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave and furnishings. Each unit has central air-conditioning, hi-speed computer data ports, campus cable TV and each bedroom has its own telephone number. The units are equipped with a full sprinkler system and ample parking is included. The village is operated by the University and on site staff supervision, University Police, and maintenance staff provides round-the-clock (24 hour per day, 7 days per week) emergency assistance. The community building contains the village mailboxes and social space that can be reserved for use by village residents. Apartments are near Ellicott Complex for convenient access to campus services and a shuttle bus links to village to the rest of the campus.

The location is a convenient walk to academic and student services departments, as well as UB athletic events. The complex provides plenty of apartment style parking.
