Interview Process

Residence Hall Directors

A conference interview lasts for approximately 30 minutes and is a first step in getting to know a candidate. Professional dress is expected of all candidates.

The next step is a day-long on campus interview. Past interviews have included meetings with Area Directors, Residence Hall Directors, Assistant Hall Directors and the Sr. Associate Director of Residence Life. Candidates also have lunch with paraprofessional staff and participate in a campus tour. Candidates usually arrive the evening before their interview day to meet their host and get an overview of the following day.
