What makes UB unique in your eyes? I think the Residential Education tutoring program is a unique aspect of UB. It is one of only a few programs that bring tutors into the residence halls.

Why did you choose to work at UB? I choose to work at UB because of way I was made to feel welcome at once during the interview process. I enjoyed meeting my future colleagues and I found the pride that they had in the work they do made me want to work at UB and makes me want to stay at UB.
What makes UB unique in your eyes? For me the one thing that makes UB unique is that even though UB is a large school, there is a small feel to the campus. Students create small interconnected groups and every student can find a group or a person to connect with.

Why did you choose to work at UB? I think UB is a great place to work! One of the best things about this school is how much emphasis it puts on academics and research. UB really is a fantastic place to get an education from, and it makes me proud to be working on my own education here. More than that, after working with Campus Living, I know the level of priority that our students have from professional and student staff to help them find their place at such a large institution.
What makes UB unique in your eyes? Additionally, UB does so much for Buffalo and Western New York! The connection between UB and the Western New York community, and the pride they share, is so unique. I know I am lucky to have found a school with such an impact!

Why did you choose to work at UB? I originally came to Buffalo for a Residence Hall Director position. I was interested in the position because it allowed me to run a large hall with a large staff, while also being able to supervise a half-time professional. I found the student population to be very academically motivated and diverse, making the position more attractive.
What makes UB unique in your eyes? What makes UB unique right now is that we have just completed a master planning process and are on the brink of new and exciting developments as a university. With a strategic plan that highlights UB as an economic force in the region, I think there are great opportunities her for civic engagement, research, and a positive work environment.
