The following conditions must be met for compliance:

• That there is no admission charge or exchange of money at the event without a liquor license;
• that no one under the age of 21 is served an alcoholic beverage, and that appropriate measures are taken to insure this;
• that no one who is intoxicated is served alcoholic beverages;
• that food and non-alcoholic beverages are also available;
• that the area is to be cleaned and returned to its original condition after the event; and
• that the person who has accepted responsibility for the event is present and understands his or her responsibility for the conduct of the event.
