The University is committed to clear and concise policies on substance abuse, and a strong program of counseling, treatment, rehabilitation, and re-entry programs for all campus employees and students. Abuse of alcohol and other drugs is inconsistent with the goals of the University at Buffalo. This document was consolidated from existing University policies in order to provide guidance and increased awareness of the dangers of alcohol and other drugs. By making this information available, the University attempts to prepare individuals to act responsibly and to act in the best interest of the community.
