UB Secure Theft Prevention Program
Theft of personal property is the number one reported crime at UB. Leaving items unsecured, even for short periods, is an invitation to thieves.
UB Secure aims to prevent these thefts. Created by UBMicro in partnership with University Police, UB Secure is a program for all UB faculty, staff, and students that allows you to register your equipment and provide valuable identifying information to authorities. This information, in the event your property is stolen, could be crucial in the recovery process. In addition, you have the option to receive a sticker that can be placed on your equipment to certify your registration and deter potential thieves.
Don't be a victim. Secure your personal property at all times and protect it with UB Secure. Register online now

Support the UB Police Foundation
UB receives less than one third of its funding from state appropriations. This makes support from the University’s alumni and friends critical to our mission of offering outstanding law enforcement services along with a commitment to public service outreach to local and global communities.
The UB Police Foundation was established to provide for specialized training, equipment, and other resources that are unavailable thru the regular budget process. Help us achieve our goal of providing the best law enforcement services that our community deserves by donating today
