Harriman Hall Reservations

Harriman events are permitted during the hours of 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.

The types of events permitted, with approval by Student Life, for Harriman 105 include: cultural, dinners, performances, meetings, conferences, speakers, presentations, ceremonies, fundraisers, and awareness programs

Groups are permitted to bring Audio Visual equipment, with approval from Student Life, for an event; Harriman 105 does not have any rentable technology; no items can be stored in Harriman 105

Any event that expects over 100 attendants must complete an Events Security Request form (UP Request) available online or in 150 Student Union

Groups are permitted to serve food at events; any event that serves food not ordered from Campus Catering is required to complete a Food Permit available online External Site Link Icon or in 150 Student Union

Groups are permitted one Friday and one Saturday evening event per semester

Groups are granted access to the storage room in 105 Harriman; this is where tables and chairs are stored, and can be used as needed by the reserving group; we ask that all items are placed back in the storage area and both rooms are restored to the condition in which it was found.
