Koru: Mindfulness and Meditation Program

Koru is a FREE mindfulness and meditation program for college students, both undergraduate and graduate. The 4-session course and 4-hour retreat day programs were developed at Duke University to assist college students to better manage stress and lead healthier lives. During the program students will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness and several different techniques to practice mindfulness every day. To register for a program, please complete and submit the registration information below. Koru 4-session classes are designed for 12-15 students. You will be emailed to confirm your registration before the first class. If the class is filled, we will inform you when the class is offered again in the future. At this time we do not have a limit on the number of participants who can attend a Koru 4-hour retreat day. We do not close registration on retreat days.

To participate in the 4-session Koru Mindfulness and Meditation Course, you will need to attend all 4 classes.
